Mano Paul
President/CEO

Manoranjan (Mano) Paul started his career as a Shark Researcher in Bimini Biological Field Station (Bahamas) and then came to the USA to pursue higher education and got his Management Information Systems degree, following which he joined Dell Inc, after trying out a few entrepreneurial ventures. At Dell, Inc., Mano played several roles from software developer/tester, logistics manager, technical architect, IT strategist and Security Engineer/Program Manager/Strategist. His security experience includes designing and developing software security programs from Compliance-to-Coding, application security risk management, security strategy & management, and conducting security awareness sessions, training and education. In partnership with (ISC)², the global leader in educating and certifying information security professionals, he founded Express Certifications, a wholly owned subsidiary of SecuRisk Solutions, which developed the SMARTS framework to aid companies and individuals who are pursuing top industry-recognized certifications by following a simple three-step process: assess, focus and certify.

Mano has been featured in various domestic and international conferences, contributed to and published various security articles and is an invited keynote speaker and panelist in the CSI (Computer Security Institute), Burton Group Catalyst, TRISC, SC World Congress, and OWASP Application Security Conferences. Mano holds the following professional certifications – CSSLP, CISSP, AMBCI, ECSA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) and the CompTIA Network+ certification. He holds a Management Information Systems Business Administration degree from University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Chennai, India, and a Diploma in Import Export Management from the Indian Institute of Export Management.
